Installation Procedrue

Verify the FREENAS settings on the virtual machine as shown below.Recommended physical memory is 8 GB ,for testing purpose 4GB of physical memory is acceptable. Power on the virtual machine to start the installation of freenas.Select Option 1 to start the installation. Click on Yes to start the installation

Click SpaceBar to select the hard drive and press tab to select OK

Create the password for root after clicking yes on proceed with the installation

Select the BIOS mode to boot the FREENAS

After the Successful Installation.Click on OK to reboot

Choose Option 3 to reboot the installation of FreeNAS

After successful reboot,Configure the network interface as follows

Open the browser and enter the web user interface in the url as follows and HIT ENter

Enter the root password that has created during the installation procedure.

Thus,Dashboard of freenas 11.2 version has appeared.
