Hello i have using VMware on my windows host to practise Linux Operating system (installed as a guest), so i have cloned my centos vm, after the clone i got no internet working on my clonned vm (not even a ping from local ip' s) but i have a complete working VM (old vm) before the clone. Please tell me why the clone vm is not working properly after clone
After cloning VM you have to check the network configuration file of your linux machine, there you should check if the every configuration is right, probably the hardware address of your network interface should be match with hardware address it's shown in ifconfig command if it is mismatch, change it and restart your network service
