In Issabel you can configure the system recordings. System recordings are the audio files that can be uploaded to server and it will be later used on IVR and Music on Hold. Upload the audio files in .Wav format in system recordings in-order to use IVR. Browse the file location and upload and save it to the server.

Create System Recordings

From the Issabel dashboard, click PBX from the top menu bar. Choose the PBX configuration. 1 2

Click on System Recordings from the left hand menu. You need to add an audio file with supported .wav format. So, choose a file. Once it is done, upload the file. After uploading the files, name the file and click save.

The recording is successfully added. With this, the method to configure the system recordings on Issabel comes to an end.
