install CPU-Z application on windows machine then execute. now it will display the RAM Types, size , CPU information , BIOS details and displays other hardware details.

How to check RAM type in Windows
how to check RAM type ethier it is DDR2 or DDR3 on Windows. i tried in windows poroperties it shows only size of RAM or suggest any tools for this solution.
