In Windows,

  • Click WIn + R type the services.msc then Ctrl + Shift + Enter
  • Enter the Password of an Administrator if it prompts for a password
  • search for SNMP Service
  • Right Click on the Service and select properties where a dialog box gets opened
  • In the Traps tab, Click Ok where registry key gets created and saved

Thus the issue resolved
