Once all the repos are added, give apt-get update command before apt-get install command. This error appears only when the repo is not updated.

Unable to locate package gitlab-ce in ubuntu
I tried installing Gitlab-ce in ubuntu but unable to locate package error occurs. I have installed all the required repos etc. but still the same.???
