Luckily there is an package available to trace crash logs which you can install using the Following command
apt-get install apport-retrace
For Further assitance Make use of the manual.

How to trace applications crash reports on Ubuntu?
I am Using several Desktop applications, Sometimes it gets crashed if there is an log or something to trace the crash report it would be helpful
