Opensuse apache user name is wwwrun and group is www. still if you have doublt means refer this configuation file /etc/apache2/uid.conf here you can easily identify apache user and group info.

How to find apache user in opensuse
hello, its very difficut to find apache user and group name in opensuse i got access related problem while executing file in apache server please give good solution for me.
