Answer
To fix above error follow below steps
1: Scan your system for malware
2: Check the Proxy status
3: Right-click Start and run Command Prompt (Admin)
In command prompt type a commandnetsh winhttp show proxy
The output would be prompted with Direct Access (no proxy server) message, everything is safe.
To disable proxy goto settings, click Networ&Internet and then click proxy the click Automatically detect turn OFF
- Start system in Clean Boot
- Press Windows Key +R, enter msconfig and press Enter
- tick Hide all Microsoft services and click disable all
- goto startup and click open taskmanager disable all startup programs individually and press OK
- After that Restart your PC
