Outlook.com is a web-based suite of webmail, contacts, tasks, and calendaring services from Microsoft. It is one of the world's first webmail services.
Installation
STEP 1:
First open Outlook it should prompt you to set up an account.
Click on the Next button.
STEP 2:
Select ” Yes” for the question: Do you want to set up Outlook to connect to an email account. Click on Next.
STEP 3:
Select Manual setup.Click on Next.
STEP 4:
Select POP or IMAP and click on Next.
STEP 5:
Enter your account information: Your name: ** Enter your name as it will appear on outgoing mail**
E-mail address: Enter your zimbra email account.
Account type: Select IMAP
Incoming mail server: exampl.test.co
Outgoing mail server: exampl.test.co
User Name: Enter your username
Password: Enter your password
Remember password: ** If you don't want to type in your password whenever Outlook opens, check this box.**
When everything is filled out, click on More Settings...
STEP 6:
Under the Outgoing Server tab, select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Under the Advanced tab:
In the Incoming Server area, choose auto for the type of encrypted connection, and change the port number to 143.
In the Outgoing Server area, choose auto for the type of encrypted connection, and change the port number to 25.
Click ok.
Open the folder in the IMAP account you want to set up for automation purging
Choose edit ->Purge ->Purge Options from the main menu
Ensure Purge items when switching folders while online is checked
Click OK

Resource Mailbox
Service Account Mailbox
Tap on the tools from the main menu
It will open a window, select Options from the window
It will open another window, showing mail set up and mail format, Click on Mail
Format option
Scroll down for a different format and select the format you want like rich
text, plain text and HTML
Click OK
