It just meant that the FPM service may disabled or stopped. Check the service using the below command.
/scripts/restartsrv_cpanel_php_fpm status
If its down start using the same command (change status to start)

phpmyadmin is not working in cpanel server
Hello, i cant able to open phpmyadmin in my cpanel server, whereas i can able to work on Mysql databases, sub-domains etc. but not on Phpmyadmin. And also i cant see any error related to this in log.??
