CPanel Update failed

Hi, i have recently trying to update my CPanel server but it got failed, please find the below for the error was i am getting

[root@ns12 ~]# /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
Updating cPanel license...Done. Update Failed!
Error message:
    A License check appears to already be running.
Building global cache for cpanel...Done

it seems the cpkeyclt process has already running, kill the process and run it again
