Slave_IO_Running: No while checking the status of slave

Hello,I wanted to enable the Slave_IO_Running: No .How to make that happen.Only this sorts out i could proceed the MariaDB replication process

Just stop and start the slave to run the Slave_IO.
.
Try running these commands.
stop slave;
start slave;
