Halt will stopping all the CPU process in the system
init 0 will be sending an ACPI(Advanced Configuration and Power Interface) command to signal the PSU to disconnect the Main Power

difference between halt and init 0 commands
Is there any major difference between halt and init 0 commands. Both commands will shutdown the system right...!!!!
