/dev/sdb2: unexpected inconsistency run fsck manually (i.e. , without -a or -p options)

I get this error frequent when i boot the OS (centOS)... I need to run the fsck command but once i am done it working normally..... why it happens

It reveals that the hdd is in problematic stage... There may be many bad block sectors generated in hdd, so the best way is to run the #e2fsck -y /dev/sdb2 command and restart the system...
