I am trying to install zimbra, when i run the installation script it' s fails and shows the following error, please help, what am i supposed to do?

There must be another service using port 25 on your machine since Zimbra MTA will use it by default. Stop the postfix service and give it another go if you think it might be postfix.

Zimbra MTA will use the default port no 25, so there must be some other service is using the same port on your machine. It might be postfix, so stop the postfix service and then try again.
