Disk management

To manage disk efficiently, first check the disk space usage and available free spaces. These free spaces should be fragmented to make the hard disk to work more efficient. The disk usage can be checked manually through GUI or CLI. The desktop application for disk management is File manager. The default file managers in various Linux desktop environments are Nautilus, Dolphin, Tux commander etc.
