Windows 7 : LAN driver failed to start

Hi, am using windows 7, my lan drivers are failed to start and i got this error (code 10) when i look my LAN device status in my device manager settings.

lan error

What is the solution for this problem? if i restart the machine it will cleared and it' s keep occuring everty time when i turn on my machine.

It's might be a driver issue, please try updating the latest driver for your Network adapter
