Tool for hard disk cloning

Hi.....,

my hard disk getting trouble i need to take backup or in need to clone my disk.... which is the best tool for cloning hard disk........?

i tried Clonezilla and Redo for disk cloning.., these both tools helped me lot.....! wanna try this...
