Status: Connection attempt failed with ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server.

hello when i try connent or upload my file into FTP server it shows below error. my FTP server is based on ubuntu... please guide me how to fix this issue.

Status:   Connection attempt failed with " ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server" .
