How to import Virtual Box VM using VMWare

Hi,
I have been installed VirtualBox on my system and tried some stuff.I have to use the same VM with VMWare without losing my tried stuff.
Is there any Possible ways to achieve this.

Virtual Box

Select the Virtual Machine in VirtualBox that you want to access with VMWare
Go To File->Export Appliance
Next you have Appliance Settings like Description,Version,Product
And then Click Export to your location.

Vmware

Now Open the VMWare and select Import Appliance
And also you can edit the system settings with VMWare
And select Import
