how to create proxmox usb boot

Hi, I want to create a bootable USB for Proxmox, i have used rufus software but it wont boot and getting some error, please help me to install proxmox. I dont have a DVD drive on my machine

Rufus won't create Proxmox Bootable USB, try using imageusb software on windows, for creating a Proxmox Bootable USB
