How to allow all google IP in CSF

I need to allow my IP as well as google IP. Because I need to send emails via Gmail. So how to allow that in CSF???

Mention all the required IPs (Your IP and google IPs) in csf.allow file and mention the following in csf.deny file.

0.0.0.0/0

It will deny all the IPs except in that csf.allow file
