Cannot conect to MySQL

Hello i can' t able to connect to my MySQL through command line after the fresh installation of MySQL and i don' t set any root password before and keep' s asking for the root password when i press enter.

In order to log into MySQL to secure it, we' ll need the current
password for the root user.  If you' ve just installed MySQL, and
you haven' t set the root password yet, the password will be blank,
so you should just press enter here.

If the MySQL service is running? please check your service status, if it is down means you will get error like this
