Acl rule is not working properly in squid proxy server

hello.., i created squid acl rule for particular IP will not able to to access certain website' s... i created proper rule and refered many sites but i not get proper solution until now. i hope my problem will be solved here...

i attached my squid configuration below...

acl source_block  src 192.168.7.210 192.168.7.210 
acl web_block dstdomain  .facebook.com .youtube.com
http_access deny source_block  web_block 
http_access allow source_block

no problem on your squid configuartion.. may it happened due to firewall blocking issue. cross check your iptables settings.
