To Install XFCE 4.10 in Ubuntu and Linux Mint

To Install Xfce 4.10 Desktop
Open the terminal using " Ctrl+Alt+T" from the desktop and execute the below commands.
root@linuxhelp:~# apt-get install xfce4

Reading state information... Done
The following extra packages will be installed:

Restart the system using the following command.
root@linuxhelp:~# init 6
Select XFCE session in the Login page. Use the login credentials and click Sign in.
