To configure SSL-VPN on FortiGate Firewall

Introduction:

FortiGate firewalls are purpose-built security processers that allow the industry's best threat security and performance for SSL-encrypted traffic by implementing granular visibility of applications, users, and IoT devices that are designed to identify issues quickly and intuitively. In this tutorial, we see how to configure SSL-VPN on FortiGate.

Configuration:

Login to FortiGate: SNAP1 Dashboard page of FortiGate: SNAP2 Goto User Definition and Create new: SNAP3 SNAP4 SNAP5 SNAP6 SNAP7 SNAP8

Once completed open User Groups and create a new group: SNAP9 SNAP10 After that goto address and check the default address: SNAP11 SNAP12 Then open SSL-VPN settings and configure the settings: SNAP13 SNAP14 SNAP15 SNAP16 SNAP17 SNAP18 SNAP19 SNAP20

Once completed goto SSL-VPN policies and create a new policy: SNAP21 SNAP22 SNAP23 SNAP24 With this method configuration of SSL-VPN on FortiGate Firewall comes to an end.
