You need to add your User into Remote Desktop Users Group by following the below steps on your windows PC,

Go to Run command (windows key + R) and type the command compmgmt.msc to open Computer Management then go to Local Users and Groups -> Groups -> Remote Desktop Users -> Click Add -> Click Advanced -> Click Find Now -> Choose the User -> Click OK
