To install Scribus on ParrotOs 3.9

Scribus is an open-source, multi-platform publishing program, working on Linux, BSD, Solaris, Mac OS X, Windows and others. It provides color separation, ICC color management and PDF creation. Its user- friendly interface allows the users to publish their work in an effective manner. It is so simple to install Scribus on ParrotOs 3.9 and this tutorial covers the ground on the same process.

Installing Scribus

In order to install Scribus, you should add the essential repositories in your system. Open your souces.list file.

And add the following lines in it.

Once it is added, update the newly added repository by running the following command.

Scribus has been installed. You can open it by using your Applications menu, choose Scribus from Graphics. The Scribus application will appear on your screen.

Scribus application gets opened.

You can use the application for publishing your works.
