Wireless-network uses the radio waves to connect the devices like laptops, the business network and applications. For example, laptops can be connected to WiFi hot spots in public places. It allows the users to communicate and access internet without wires. The wireless network adapters connected to an access point and join a wireless network. Some of the wireless networks are WLAN, WMAN, WWAN and WPAN.
