How to install Geeqie in Ubuntu
To install Geeqie in Ubuntu
Geeqie is an open source image viewer and organizer that allows the users to view graphics files. It is designed with several features including thumbnail view, zoom and filtering option. Geeqie also supports external editor. Installation of Geeqie in Ubuntu is explained in this manual.

Installation of Geeqie
First add the repository for geeqie image viewer by using the following command.
root@linuxhelp:~# add-apt-repository ppa:anton+/photo-video-apps

To launch the geeqie application, just enter “ geeqie” in the command prompt.

Home page of Geeqie will appear as shown below.
If you want to view all image, open the image directory in the search panel.
Zoom in and Zoom out option is available to maximize and minimize the size of the image.
