How to install Gambas 3.10.90 on Ubuntu 18.04

To install Gambas 3.10.90 on Ubuntu 18.04
Gambas is free development environment and a development platform based on a Basic interpreter with object extensions. Designed to run on Linux and other Unix-like computer operating systems, its name is a recursive acronym for Gambas Almost Means Basic. Installation
