To Install Evolution Email Client 3.20.5 On Linux Mint 18.3

Evolution is the default email and calendar application in openSUSE’ s GNOME desktop, most notably Debian and Fedora. It supports many mail protocols such as IMAP, POP, SMTP and authenticated SMTP. Evolution is not just any ordinary email client, but a personal information management application that provides integrated mail, calendaring and address book functionality.
Apart from this, Evolution Email Client also has the following features.

Installing Evolution Email Client 3.20.5

First, make sure you update the system by making use of the following command.

linuxhelp user # apt-get update

Once it is done, you shall add the repository by making use of the following command.

linuxhelp user # add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3-staging
You are about to add the following PPA:
 This PPA will be used to test uploads before they are uploaded to the main archive for the coming Release.
