MPlayer

MPlayer is an open source media Player. MPlayer is designed in such a way that it supports all forms of media formats and also saves them loc ally. It is a CLI application with the Graphical front end. It has an onscreen display for the status info, visual feedback that can be managed via keyboard, appealing subtitles. It can be used to play a wide variety of media formats, mostly FFmpeg libraries and can also save all streamed content to a file locally.
