Ssh-keygen error while accessing through ssh

I got following error how to fix???

This is Basically due to Verification Failed From host side because there is already a connection established with different ssk key so you Just need to remove the previously generated Key using the Following command

#ssh-keygen -R "you server hostname or ip"
