To create Queues

Once you open your Issabel dashboard, select PBX Configuration option from the PBX menu which present on the left pane. In the listed options, click on queues.

Enter all the necessary details such as queue number and queue name. Select the static agents using Extension Quick Pick.

Also, select Ring Strategy and enable or disable Autofill option

Once it is done, select the fail over destination for the queue.

To add the queue to an extension, select the extension for which you want to set the Queue and add it.
